 The Panagia is the spiritual adornment of the Orthodox faith.

The beauty of the Panagia is not a physical beauty, but a spiritual one.
Yet, this spiritual beauty becomes a beauty for our physical eyes to behold.

The face of the Panagia shines forth with a mystical beauty
that draws pious souls to calm and to comfort them.
